This is where if you work in retail you can bitch about your day or night or morning for that matter and the dick customers and/or employees you had to deal with....
last night i had 3 employees come in late 10 min/20min/35min respectively only one didnt call but she was the 10 minute one so i let her off with a verbal warning where the other two got written warnings since both had called me once before for the same reason i was also left with a store that was a complete fucking mess by the opener and everything seemed to go wrong...the 35 minute bitch walked out when i told her i was writing her up so i had to find someone to close which thank god i was able to...thank you kevin...
yeah so basically worst job in history that doesnt involve genocide or war or some fucked up shit like that imho i think im done for now but this time of year brings out all the assholes and i just wanted a place for us to vent... HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!

be the cool manager. not the jerkhole that writes people up and stuff. just sayin. retail is not important enough to be a jerk about. i hated those guys when i worked at target. the managers who take their jobs really seriously.

retail is one of the toughest jobs out there. i have much respect for people who do it, i did it for years and the amount of a-holes you encounter is enough to put you off humans for life

first off im the cool manager too but its fucks like you (unless you're dev) that need to get their heads on fucking straight...its a job...a responsibility and when you're busy as shit and your idiot employee is no where to be found it sucks...i give everyone chance after chance before i write them up but when you're 35 minutes late and call 5 minutes before your shift to say you are on your way you better be less than 10 at most 15 minutes late and when you have someone else call 45 minutes before their shift to say he will be late but he is on his way and shows up 20 minutes late go fuck yourself if you think im a dick for doing my job...you disrespectful, irresponsible fucks dont deserve jobs... i feel better now...thanks gator and God im at Kohls
ps-Buggy if you cant keep this fucking site up and running then shut it down and start over for fucks sake! everytime rm crashes it would be great if the upgrade was that much closer to completion but there hasnt been any progress at all since the change and yet it crashes for no good reason...christ i need a drink
