i just spent the last hour and a half talking back and forth with the cutest sounding girl ever. (i troubleshoot phone problems for vonage). if i had to guess i'd say she was 20 something, probably fresh out of college. she was funny, and very patient and was very understanding as we tried to figure out her problem. at one point when i apologized that it was taking so long for us to resolve the issue she said "oh that's okay, you've been like my date tonight". to which i said "well i hope you had a great time" and she said that yes i was a perfect gentleman. *swoon* i understand she was calling in for me to fix her phone, but when i did she sounded so happy and so grateful. and she thanked me a bunch of times for staying on the line with her and helping her. i was actually smiling ( i know) when i got off of the phone with her
oh, and she's from jammer's neck of the woods, which is about an hour away from my old stomping grounds.

who knows, maybe i'll grow some balls. what should i say to her though? i mean, it may be kind of creepy regardless, right? i mean, she seemed touched that i spent so much time helping her, but that's my job, yanno? "hey i copied down your info to call you when i got home" is kind of weird, no? i mean i know she was half joking about the "date" thing, she was just being friendly.

If you do end up stalking her talking to her again, just assume she is morbidly obese and totally unattractive. Do this for two reasons: a) she probably is, and b) you will not be nervous talking to her. Then, fuck her sister.

she has a facebook. i can only see her profile pic and two people are in it, but neither are unattractive.

anyway, i think the dream is over. nah, i won't be contacting her i don't think. but before i go i'll say that as much as i complain about my life on here let me say that when i talked to this girl tonight it was the first time in a long time that i've felt...happy. i was communicating with and somewhat connecting with a female. and it felt really good. and sure it was just some stupid phone thing and we were making small talk mostly, but i think i'm going to use this to motivate myself to find someone around where i live. as long as i grow some balls.
