no because you can't alter the timestamp. the only way this would be possible is if the two threads and another thread, stickied, were replied to in proper succesion and then the thread would have to be unstickied

Mods can do it. With the help of a mod, Reid bumped a locked thread once, then made it fall to the last page, even though it was the most recent post. Or something like that. It was incredible.
