the acetametephan or however you spell it is bad for you liver. jammer is right, IF you are going to do this, get robo with DXM as the only active ingredient. otherwise you are putting your health at risk

well you still probably don't want to chug the NyQuil. you should maybe take a shot of nyquil and then drink some alcohol to knock yourself out. as i have already stated, the acetemetaphan is not good for your liver
