Yeah, the English department doesn't need phones, or, I dunno, PROFESSORS, and it's totally fine that there will be 300 people in the upper division classes, but we TOTALLY FUCKING NEEDED THOSE NEW SIDEWALKS MADE OF BRICK. Because you know, I paid for the campus to look pretty, not to take classes.

Budget cuts are a fucking joke when you have 5 construction projects going on on campus; I'm seriously worried about my degree right now.
