How does one go about doing this?

There is only one person this world that I don't get along with (not including a couple ex-girlfriends, but that's pretty normal). Am I a freak or just the most amicable motherfucker to ever walk the face of the Earth?

My question to you: What's so hard for people to like about you? And vice versa?

I'm not sure if you noticed, but I posted a question at the beginning of this thread and the subsequent replies in the thread are supposed to answer it. That's what I call the "on-topic" approach.

I was born deaf, so I automatically believe everyone around me is laughing at my expense and plotting my demise. With that mindset, I find it rather easy to dislike everyone else, and hence, do not "get along" well with others. If, on that rare occasion I seem to be hitting it off rather well with an individual, over the course of a few minutes I usually tend to grope that person in a highly inappropriate manner until they either leave or strike me across my brow.

i think i dislike more people than dislike me. that's gotta be good.

i knpow this is probably a joke topic, but i am the same way in that, at least once i get to know somebody, there are very few people i dislike and vice versa..

i'm pretty upset that you'd accuse me of that, quite honestly. i'm not sure why you'd consider this a joke. this is not a joke. this is a serious topic in the General Discussion section of an internet message board.
