that's stupid
not just on his part in terms of possibly being convicted, since i don't find that especially likely, but i do think it's ethically wrong in that it can cause someone to hurt themselves. i know this sounds like i'm taking this real seriously, but i don't see why it's not to some extent. it's not a huge thing, but it's still something.
