GEG..you put food in one end, wipe up what happens at the other end, and try be as giving and as funny as you can be when you arent sleeping or doing the first two. easy. and stay away from girls and matters of the heart..both are deceitful above all things. best of luck.

Yes, it looks like it (both 25 cm or slightly more)
groetjes, Mirella (and yes, I should work out one of these days, and relax in the sauna and the steam cabin and the bubble bath)

if I skip working out for more than like 3 or 4 days I start to feel like I've been run over by a truck, why is this?
I think it's to do with the excretion of endorphins when you work out. They make you feel good. A secondary factor, which I would think is psychological in nature, is probably the release of lactic acid when you excercise (the 'burning' you feel on well-used muscles). Just knowing you're feeling that and therefore doing something good for yourself makes you feel good. You take these two things away, and you feel rubbish. I do the opposite to feel good: I do very little excercise and get mad outta it as much as possible. If I don't do that for a while, I feel like shit.
