Fuck Olive Garden. I had some of the worst pasta ever from them today. I ordered their never ending pasta bowl, there are like 30 some possibilites. The first one sucked and got the hell out of there, thought about not paying. Ive had better pasta from Barnellis of Portillos(for you IL people), Fazolis and other fast food Italian places. To top it off I had one of the most annoying waitresses, she was about as fake as Anna Nicole's breasts

When going to chain italian, ALWAYS go Macaroni Grill. That place is magnificent.

Not good, few things are as frustrating and dissapointing as bad food when you go out.

Olive Garden is my least favorite restaurant.

Maybe it's a sign - God hates it when you eat Italian.

Why didn't you try one of the other 29 possibilities of pasta?

Oh, and I guess it's a requirement that you approve and like everyone you participate and do business with. Who cares what you think of the waitress. She probably didn't like you either. How can you complain about neverending pasta? Get a different kind. Lame.

I dont get how the wait for olive garden on a sunday night can be an hour and a half when they are usually surrounded by 3 or 4 REAL italian places. its infuriating when all you wanna do is chow down on those breadsticks and garlic cheese dip.

the salad comes out of a bag and is usually brown, at least every time I go there. and they skimp on the sauce too. chicken parm is supposed to be covered in sauce, not have a tiny circle in the middle of it.

i'm not a big chain VS mom & pop kinda guy, although i really prefer the locally owned places. Olive Garden isn't THAT bad, but when you get the all you can eat pasta, you're basically getting the bottom of the barrell. really- its like going to a buffet. you're better off getting a specialty item because you know it'll be fresher.

Italian Chains that are better than Olive Garden:

Maccaroni Grill
Carrabas
Maggiano's Little Italy
Johnny Carino's
Buca di Beppo

And for the record, you can get family style at Maggiano's and have an all you can eat dinner with 2 appetizers, 2 salads, 2 pastas, 2 entres, and 2 desserts.
