What can you tell me about it? I'm may have to start one for an internship, so questions I have are what type of program or web site works easiest, what (if any) hardware will I need to get (i.e. a camera, though I'm on a Mac with a camera built in) and whatever else I should be asking but am not thinking of. Unless they provide a camera for you to use, just use the built-in iSight cam on your Mac with iMovie. As for the video hosting, I recommend Vimeo. You might want to read up on their policy though because I know they don't let you upload anything that is going to be used for commercial purposes.

For the actual blog, I think Tumblr is the way to go because you can customize CSS for free, whereas Wordpress charges you $15/yr to do that. But if you are ok with a regular blog template or if you aren't well-versed in CSS, then you might be better off with Wordpress since it is a little easier to use compared to Tumblr.
