Control + Alt + Delete (keys)

And Vista brings up a screen that will have a "Task Manager" option.

Clicking that will bring up a dialog box with all of the tasks running on your system. You select the Mecca Roll and then click the "End Task" button.


Just for the record, I don't think Mecca should ever be banned. He should be bunned.
