Why the "s" at the end of the topic title if you're only going to show us one?

No. Just no.
I got raped by a pack of cougars last night while I was on the door at the bar. It goes with the territority, but lat night was fucking awful. The part that really weirds me out is that while I'm trying to ignore them and check ID's etc., one of them starts rubbing my face and my chest, giving me the old standard "you're so handsome, you must lift weights" shit and then goes in to telling me how she has a beautiful daughter my age. *skin crawls*

I think it's age relevant. For a guy like me in his early 20's, I'd classify it as someone in 35-55 range (or older). For someone who's 30, it'd be 50+.

35-55 is a huge age range...i prefer not to think of myself as a cougar, even though a prefer the younger dudes

LMAO!!!! oh wow...
Is there a male term for "cougar" too?
I was sitting at a lodge bar late on afternoon waiting for my food order, and this really old guy who was sitting next to me, waited for my husband to leave the bar (to use the men's room) when he offered to buy me a drink.
I've been "off the field" for awhile, so I was clueless (and I'm prone to delayed realizations) as to WHY this old man wanted to buy me a drink. So I kindly declined his offer and said, "Oh, no thank you."
So the old guy quickly finished his drink, put a tip on the bar, and left.

ok, so if i'm 35 and i prefer dudes in mid, late 20's,(ok, early too ) that automatically makes me a cougar?

i mean, is that how i'm viewed by most 20 somethings simply because of age difference? is there behavior that distinguishes the 35 year old who prefers younger dudes to a "cougar"?

I'm married so I've never really pondered this whole concept of cougars. "Cougar" is a new term for me. But wow....I dunno that I'd want that label either. lol...
Not that cougars aren't beautiful animals, but geez oh pete's...."the hunt mentality?"
