Hey, it's Mickey/Winter's Love

I've brought my ban protest to the board because you've never responded to my emails--not during my first ban, and not now. I think this is reasonable, since there's really no way to contact you otherwise.

My argument is this--you banned me for personal attacks. This would be acceptable if there were personal attacks made, but there weren't really. If you could point me to a thread in which I made personal attacks which go beyond what anyone else on the board did, then by all means, enlighten me. However, I feel that this was ban precipitated by personal biases and preconceived notions. If I have PMA, who I openly think very lowly of, claiming that I didn't make personal attacks, then that kind of suggests that the ban wasn't exactly deserved.

Furthermore, the notice said that I've been warned. False, if you want to get technical. Winter's Love has never been warned. Ever. And the posts in the past week haven't been any worse than anything before. I'm going to assume that the thread in question is the Cunts thread. Obviously that word is offensive, but in reality, I've posted it countless times throughout the board, often times in reference to other posters, to no effect. The fact that I was permanently banned now doesn't seem to follow logically from that.

Therefore, I would like to be reinstated. As I mentioned in my email, I did not start any arguments outside of GD, and therefore didn't interrupt any intelligent discussion. I didn't post anything that was out of line with typical GD posting. I even have spoken with the member I'm assuming you think I attacked (Alessiana) and there's no hard feelings at all, since she knows it was all a joke. You can delete this account when you reinstate Winter's Love. If you have anything you want to say to me in reply, say it here, or email me at mickeyshea@gmail.com.

i can honestly say that i dont think mickey should be banned, and i've taken my fair share of shit from him. (not that my opinion matters).

The thing is, I wasn't really trying to start shit. The "Cunts" thing was a total joke. And yeah, it's GD. It's a place for shooting shit. I just don't see anything that warrants a permanent ban. MAYBE a week, but permaban? I'm not seeing it.
