She has a lot of talent. Songs that definitely stick with you. But holy crap - I think in 10 years she's going to look back at herself an laugh at all the effort she took to look different. =\

I mean, sure. But the same could be said for any pop-star-turned-fashion-icon that bursts into the scene with a radical look. Madonna, David Bowie, the like-- it's all very contrived and designed to be off-putting but it's what cements their place in pop culture. Even Christina Aguilera's imitating Gaga now.

Yeah, but even compared to Madonna or Bowie or Elton John.. or whoever, she's taken it up like 20 notches.
