you go get your own steak..
22oz ribeye tonight...lightly rubbed with butter and Old Bay
22 ounce? If that's not 2 meals, you should get a free angioplasty with that.
I don't know if it's just the Outback in Casper or if this is widespread, but the one here undercooks their steaks so bad it's almost laughable. I usually order medium, but I have zero problem with medium rare. Rare is pushing it for me. Every time I order a medium steak at Outback, it comes out of the kitchen mooing. The last time I was there, I literally could indent my fork in it (tines parallel to the upper plane of the steak) and it would make an impression. Like a plaster cast. It was ridiculous. AND IT WASN'T EVEN A ROAST! It should have at least been seared!
steak to me is like sushi...keep putting it in front of me and I will eat it all..

We are now officially in the thick of this. Ownership changed on Friday. We haven't totally figured out a name. We're so worried about the transfer of knowledge and running with it that the name discussion has fallen by the wayside for the time being. I'll being coming back to this thread in a few weeks when we starting focusing on this level of detail.
