Three hours of driving kills my sholders. Can't imagine what whatever number of hours you drove for would do to them.

Omaha. And I drove 520 miles the day before.

BTW, eastern Colorado/western Kansas is hell on earth. No people, no farms, hardly any cows even. It's as bad as Amarillo.

That's 1386 MILES, not your nancy km. That would 2231 km.

Mississippi at least has trees and other green things. It might better without people, but you don't feel like you might see Mad Max in your rearview at any moment.

when you say trees, do you mean multiple trees, or the same tree repeated for 250 miles?

MIDWEST pretty much ALL SUCK.

The high plains IS NOT the "Midwest". Ohio is the Midwest. Iowa is the Midwest. Even the eastern parts of Kansas and neighboring states might be considered Midwest. Where the corn stops and the cows start, you are no longer in the Midwest. That is the "Plains". Not the same thing AT ALL.

Try the same yellow dirt and foot tall grass for 250 miles straight.
