Half the time this morning I click on a link and it times out and fails to connect. Like it can't decide if it wants to be down or not. This happening to anyone else?

I thought I may have been banned for a second because the screen looked a lot like it does over at MGMT and it was right after I started the fishing thread. It was all white but here it didn't say:
