What he said in his speech: My dad likes to eat filet mignon, wrapped with bacon.

What he actually wrote on his notecard: My dad likes to eat fileh mileh, raped with bacon.

But how many people have a name so great, it's pronounced something like "Fillie Millie?"

How can you even compare the two? One sounds vaguely dirty, the other sounds like an ice cream flavor. Also, one is raped with bacon.

Should I stop my dirty and dangerous habit of picking up strange bacon at the supermarket?

Today's sentence to correct was:

Susan b Anthony who fighted hard to win womens right to vote had a newspaper called the revolution"

It was blowing my mind all day, because kids kept raising their hands to point up at the front of the room and say...

"Capitalize the revolution."

McP, you had another thread similar to this a long, long time ago. Do you remember what it was called? I'd like to read it again. That had some funny shit in it, too.

haha, i hadn't seen that one before. but there was still another one, it had like dialogues between kids overheard at the elementary school and stuff like that. i'm trying hard to think of a specific post but i'm having a hard time remembering one.
