Went to grad school full-time for a year; thoroughly enjoyed it.
what in Gods' Name were you studying that was so enjoyable
Master of Science in Finance. I find the economy, stocks, and markets really fascinating. Not only that but no classes til 5 pm was pretty rad as well. Of course the gig I got is Corporate Finance, no stocks or economics in sight.
describe the math-intensiveness of this program
Some courses were heavy on Corporate Finance (simple algebra), most were Excel heavy (linking and building financial statements), and several were quite heavy in statistics (stock behavior) and calculus (macro- & micro-economics, portfolio optimization). The MBA would be a little less math-intensive and with several more management-style courses, but generally a lot of overlap.
yeah you would think with the price of tuition most business schools wouldn't force MBA students to provide their own crayons

when I write, my inner bliss spills from my soul and it is long after that I remember, that a divine euphoria had overcome me, to help me deliver my gift to humanity.

I wouldn't be where I currently am without my graduate degree.
Then again, I might not be in a bad place without it.
