When I was a kid, I went trick or treating for the first and last time because an old man shook his walking stick at us and threatened to call the police. Last year, I was pregnant and due at any time, and I couldn't join in the family party because not a single member of my other half's family were prepared to not drink, and drive me up to the hospital if I gave birth. So I had to stay with my mum - which was nice. This year, we didn't have a party, but it was spent with the inlaws, and everyone broke down in tears for some reason???
I don't have anything more to say, other than that i've not had a good Halloween experience.

LOL @ giving up trick or treat just because of an old grumpy man.

I've never been to a Halloween party in my life, but I kinda like the atmosphere of high autumn, end of the harvest. I like pumpkins too, they are quite good with black beans.

people who dont like halloween are losers who stay at home all day and have no friends. i welcome the drunken idiots in silly costumes and girls in slutty outfits (Haloween provides enough ammo for the ole 'spank bank' to last all year.). one of the best party nights of the year.

I agree 100%. I bet you kick ass at partying. The girls in the slutty outfits are also a lot more flirtatious as well. I think the slutty outfits give them confidence that they normally wouldn't have because they basically get a free pass to look as slutty and hot as they can. I'm all for that!

yeah i love how women who normally wouldn't be caught dead in these outfits suddenly have no problem wearing them on Halloween.
