Let's show a little appreciation for the king of PJ Chat, Stip. Kudos to the man for his (often academic) analysis of all Pearl Jam issues, for helping to establish the SOTM thread and for his good-humoured banter. In addition, he always welcomes new members to the board, thinks Vitalogy is the best album of all time and looks just dandy dressed as a pirate
Of course, he doesn't like God's Dice but hey, nobody's perfect

Stip is the best poster in PJ Chat, quite probably on the entire forum. He single handedly keeps PJ Chat afloat, and has a reason to back up all his opinions.
I'll stop now before I start gushing.

I really like when he makes analysis of songs, because they are usually what I think (I cannot express myself that way, what a shame), and they are really complete.

Even though I don't agree with him when it comes to Vitalogy he's still a hip guy.
Plus he loves R.E.M. and is a fellow Stoney Bitch, so that makes him even cooler.
