I've had the worst sinus headaches of my life the last 3 days.
I've taken your standard Excedrin/pseudophedrine cocktail to try to relieve the pressure, but to no avail. It's so bad that I'm also getting a tension headache in my neck and back of my head.
Other than a gun or a Black and Decker cordless drill, I'm open to suggestions.

very hot washcloth over your face, repeatedly for around 20 minutes or so. Or at the very least a very hot shower.

Lie down, turn the lights off, don't move, don't think, cry softly to yourself.

also, I find that eating sometimes helps.

You may have an infection in which case a doctor can help you better but even they don't do much, antibiotics might help though.

Headaches run in my family. Mine wrap around my left eye and hit me repeatedly with a large spike when I dare to look around.

I hear those things are pretty effective.

Thera flu always works for my girlfriend's sinus headaches for some reason. Keep in mind, she has a vagina.

Claritin works, also listening to grindcore.

Claritin isn't a bad idea. Although I think it's shifted more to the tension-style now. Peeps, prepare the bucket and sharpen the blade.

get a humidifier........and just breath the steam in through your nose...........

Seriously sinus problems are hard to get rid of. Sudafed and the like works better than tylenol. Also a combination of Flonase and Saline nose mist helps get the fluid outta there. It's mostly a patience thing.

I'm out of patience and they ain't selling it at Safeway.
