I've often assumed the average "internetter" gets very little exercise and that is often revealed in his or her waistline. Good for you internetters for working out.

my best 5k time is 18:45. i trained by listening to a lot of Rage Against the Machine i get concerned about running too much and dealing with bad knees and hips in the future. i run 4 miles (~32 min) twice a week and three miles (~24 min) twice a week.

Is that a lot? Sometimes I go to Target on my lunch break and curl some of their 15 pounders. It doesn't seem that hard, but 25 pounds is exactly 10 pounds more than 15 so I dunno.

I know for a fact that's not true.
we all know that when you go to target over your lunch break that you get a personal pizza from the in-store pizza hut.
