This is a guy running a little island in the Carribean that brought the world to it's knees once, and was involved in some major league shit for a country like that. Wakefield is no hall of famer, but neither is Jim Rice and he's there, so I think Castro definitely belongs in the dictators HOF.

He's a stats accumulator. He had a couple good seasons at the beginning of his career, and just held on to hit the milestones.
