I know I'm not the only one that does this. Let's say you're listening to the stereo but it's not loud enough. Sometimes, especially when you have like four things going on at one time, you reach for the tv remote or the volume button on your laptop to try and turn it up...don't you? I know I do. Just did it a few seconds ago, actually.

It's almost like PMing yourself.

This concept also applies to trying to use your car's locking remote on your apartment door.

What other things do you turn?

I've tried to turn the tv volume down with my laptop before. I've even tried to change channels with my wireless mouse. =/
