I don't manage my dog's Facebook account, my brother does. Most likely, FB suggested you to him (since you have friends in common) and he just blindly requested it.

So that means I just accepted a friend request from some guy I don't know, who is the brother of another guy I don't know disguised as a dog. This is a new low for me.
