I don't have specific examples, but if you think about it logically, the percentage of gay people (globally? in the USA? not sure but wherever) is supposed to be 10%, yeah? so my assumption is roughly 10% of the men you enjoy watching play pro sports are gay men.
I'd also think it fairly safe to assume that being professional altheletes, these gay men perfer to stay in the closet about their sexuality since certainly at least in this country, the stigma of being gay is still way out of proportion with the reality of being gay, and it's probably not worth it to them to risk their career or popularity just for the sake of taking a stand about their homosexuality.
