i swear i passed him on the street the other day. it was packed full of commuters and it was raining so i was kinda in my own world huddled under my umbrella. it was just a glimpse...but i swear i saw him look up from under is tattered scarf. he looked away and turned down an alley...by the time i ran over there was nothing there except a blue plastic Wal Mart bag just kinda tumbling down the street in the wind.

the shirt-tucked-into-the-shorts style allows for some considerable agility and helps prevent hitches when bounding up and down fire escapes
