One of my old roomates is moving to Arizona in a few weeks, and I formed a very strong companionship with her little siamese cat, and it crushes me to think that I will never see the little bastard again. I'm tempted to ask her if I could keep him, because he was very loyal to me and never really to her. I know it's hopeless but I'm drunk and need advice. I'll probably forget all of this tomorrow.

You're not fun. Why do people like dogs? It's like having a little pseudo human around that is constantly attention starved and willing and hoping to do what ever the master wants and says.

Dogs are far better companions than cats are. They actually want to play with you and stuff and they get excited when you come home and shit. Cats just sneak around like they have some sort of hidden agenda. Very boring.
