Really good interview, guys. I enjoyed it. Just like Alex, I too get a weird pleasure out of listening to RM'ers talk about RM.
Just to comment on the part of the interview that dealt with me (re: my "attention to detail" and my fixation on the proper formatting of the interview thread): that was funny.
I remember fixing all the links in the OP and trying to get Alex and then others to fix it. That was because of exactly what Jorge said in the interview. Alex single-handedly destroyed the time-honored tradition of the interview thread.
Honestly though, I didn't get all hung up on it because of some compulsion with detail or the preservation of history. I never even paid attention to the interview threads. I never liked them, never read them, never posted in them. If I ever did, it was token and I probably never went back to check on any answers. I just wanted one for myself. I saw the interviews slipping away and I thought if I could save them, maybe you people would give me one. It was just that I wanted to feel popular and loved and get some attention.

I'm over all that now. I'm OK with being ignored and unloved.

The Voice Interviews are a serious improvement over the Interview threads, which honestly sucked.
