So after hours of digging and levelling and redigging and relevelling i Got the foundation and base down for my shed. Fuckin terrified to proceed any further. I have no idea how to fix the walls to the base in a secure solid lock. It's upsetting cos once that's done the rest is relatively easy. Apart from the roof and the slope angle nightmare. I wanted to stick another two pallets in that gap on the right but the blasted wall has a butress in the way. I could build around it but I'm nowhere near able for that kind of jiggery pokery.
Anyways. Here it is.

take the length of the shed and multiply by the rise of the slope you want and it will tell you how high the high side will be. :?

Ah thanks but I have that part but I'm trying to build a short angled roof, like a broken L if you will, to put a roof window in the short part. I'll figure it out bit that down the road. It's the base to the wall that's killing me right now. Nuts and bolts literally, hoping the outer slats can hold the securely.

Haha! Never considered it Doug but one wall is against the back wall! And te toilet is a bit of a trek so I might just stick one onto the back wall! Thanks for the idea! I'll make a little plaque with your name on it just above the hole. I'll send you a pic once it's done:) getting into pyrograohy too ao I'll probably so it in that.

Thanks again:)

You really shouldn't decorate a wooden shelf with more wood, dime. Add some color to it. I though all you (Irish) people knew that.

I quite like the lack of colour actually. There's plenty of nice grain in that wood.

I sold some knitted handwarmers before I'd even had chance to list them on my shiny new Folksy shop. Also had lots of enquiries and requests for specific colours/patterns. I'm feeling pretty good about it.
