I'm making an example for logic and reasoning.

Burning fossil fuels is bad for the environment. Fossil fuels contain carbon dioxide. When carbon dioxide is released into air it negatively affects the atmosphere. When the atmosphere is damaged, climate change occurs.

That's the basic premise, yes. Many more details but maybe you don't need them for your logic problem.

Don't know exactly what you are asking, but human influence is not solely to blame for climate change. It would be changing even if we weren't around, but undoubtedly we have sped things up.
