I also hate the house I live in and I don't wanna talk about it.
you need to talk about it here, friend
Maybe hate was too strong a word?
-Location could be better -I need to remodel the kitchen and it's too small for 5 of us -I need to remodel the downstairs bathroom -School system is suspect -Single lane driveway
+No stinky/sticky carpets +No water leaks(yet) +4 bedrooms +5 minute walk to the lake/beach
The thing that really kills me is how far under water it is. I bought at the top and now it's a boat anchor. It eats me up on the inside if I think about it too much.

I don't like to think about this stuff either. Bought in 2008 when prices were really coming back to earth, but house has still devalued by 25% since then.
I can walk into just about any room or on my property and look at things that really bug me about the place. But, I generally like my house. Just don't care for NJ too much.

I don't like that my house doesn't have a proper dining room. Just kind of an extended kitchen area, but is only big enough for a small table. We have room to add on, but we eat most meals out on the back patio (except for in the summer when it's too hot.)

I have the same problem, except my dining room area is more or less an extenstion of the living room.

yeah, it has taken me over a year to get the backyard to where I want it and I'm still not done. Can't grow grass in certain areas, combination of dogs and stupid clay/sandy soil here on the coast.
