The JWB one has been remastered. The other one is exactly as they sound on the official bootlegs.

Man oh man I went through this today at the gym, I can't believe they never extended Go like that before. If I am correct, I believe that is from Ireland.

I'm downloading side b now. Then I'll burn it to CD, pop it in my stereo, and spark a bowl.

I just looked at the daughter tag mix and it seems amazing. I skipped to a few random parts and fuck me running I never knew they used Hold On by Tom Waits as a tag before! One question though, did you for a moment even consider putting a version of daughter in front of this so it wasn't just the tags but the song as well?

I'm curious what version of Immortality will find its way on this mix. I don't recall them really nailing that song this tour.

They did in Toronto.

That last one from Seattle was pretty good too, wasn't it?

I'm sure there are a whole bunch of great ones I'm forgetting.

Generally speaking you're right, though--Eddie forgot the words all the time.

I considered many things. But at 18 minutes the track was long enough. Besides, the best version of Daughter will reveal itself when the time comes...

There were a few tracks that were played many times that tour but not once without flubbed lyrics - Lukin, Fuckin' Up come to mind...

When I was putting together a compilation last year I was looking for a version of Immortality to use and couldn't find one from the 2000 tour (though I'm sure I didn't try every single one). I can forgive lyric flubs easily, but Ed was forgetting entire verses of Immortality if I remember correctly.

:nice:

I'm happy to be assured that this doesn't simply replace Daughter.

Oh hell no - the tag mix is simply supposed to play like a hidden/unlisted track at the end of the disc.

Nice. That tag mix is going to make me miss this brand of Pearl Jam pretty hard.
