Here it is:

Black and Porch from MTV Unplugged, for sure.
I have a huge bias towards 7/1103 so I know I'll use a few from there. I'm thinking Long Road, Of The Girl, and Parting Ways. And maybe All Those Yesterdays and Sleight Of Hand.

The first PJ board I was on did a sloppy fan-made "best of Bridge School" compilation that everyone pitched in for. I still listen to it all the time.
I don't know that I think any of Pearl Jam's best acoustic performances come from MTV Unplugged. If you're trying to ensure that the comp is historically accurate, then it's a must, but other than that--they did this sort of thing better later on.
Personally, my favorite acoustic PJ performance in recent memory is that "Let Me Sleep" from the PJ20 soundtrack. I love that so much.
When was Angel performed, and is the recording any good? I haven't listened to that live in years.
I really like all the live versions of "Angel"--Dallas '93, Bridge '94, Chicago '94--is that all? It misses those layered vocals but they make it work.

I'm very much interested in any recommendations you have.

I think it was Bridge '92.
I really love the arrangement of Jeremy from that show.
I don't think I can in my right mind leave off Porch from Unplugged
"Porch" Unplugged was a great visual moment--any video history of Pearl Jam needs it. But I'm not sure they'd really hit their stride on the improv section yet at that point, and I don't think any of the guys in Pearl Jam really had much of an idea how to work within an all-acoustic format. Mostly I just find myself wishing all those MTV Unplugged peformances were Plugged--and from 1994.

I'll check them all out tonight.

You can take your pick from Tibetan Freedom Concert '97. I had that on the other night while I was reading, and I found myself putting my book down multiple times and just losing myself. The Nusrat performances and the Dead Man Walking sets are on the disc I burned too. Just wonderful recordings.

Yes, definitely "Yellow Ledbetter" from TFC. After all these years, I think that's clear and away the best performance they've done of that song.
I really like "Long Road" from the 9/11 telethon, with Neil Young on pump organ--Mike's on electric, but you're not going to have much to pick from if you let that stop you.
Two Bridge School performances that spring to mind are "Picture in a Frame" and "Parachutes" from 2006. Might add a little flava to the mix.

Yeah, I'm not sure I'd consider anything from Unplugged (were I compiling this) apart from maybe Oceans (fully Beth'd of course).
My main concern with including Unplugged is that those performances will sound the most out of place next to the ones from a few years later and throughout their career. Like KD said, they didn't quite know how to play those songs in an acoustic setting yet.
