2009-08-24 Chicago II
This was the first boot I purchased from the 2009 tour, based on setlist alone.
It's probably because I'm coming off the 2011 SA boots, but this show was MUCH better than I remembered it. Matt is on fire

Hamilton 2011 I haven't listed to a live show in a long time, but this show is great. The mix on the 2011 boots makes the band sound sooo much better than the last few years. |

I agree. And I haven't gone back and listened to them at all recently (though I think I will now), but I do think both nights are standout 2008-2011 era Pearl Jam. I know that's faint praise, and the only shows I listen to more than once anymore are the ones I've attended, but I hope when I re-listen that these are as solid as I remember. |

Manila '95 - Even Flow I really love the alternate intro. No stop-and-start before the vocals start, and a backwards slide instead of the pull-offs. Douche bag fan...
