Watching this now on my dvd. I fucking love this concert, Ed sounds great, the camera work is great and the band sounds great. Light Years is the best they ever done IMO, I always hope they get close to this version but they never do, the new ones sound too fast or not as genuine. The new songs are solid as.

In some ways this is PJ at its best
I agree wholeheartedly!
Finally!!
Also, for those people who like to hear Betterman sung by Eddie and not the crowd have a listen (going now here)
RVM rocks too, I love the ridiculous intense Ed with sweat everywhere (i am sounding gay on this bit) The fact it is a rare day concert may have some strange appeal maybe.
it is pretty unfortunate that "Even Flow" from Pink Pop 92' is also cut from the web source... it only has a few more seconds at the begining than the DVD source that's been circulating for years.

Yeah, I ended up buying the boot after watching the VCD of this show. its a really tight, short festival set with great versions of Rival, RVM, Fuckin Up and perhaps the definitive live version of Light Years.

You know what I got most out of watching this? That Matt Cameron is a hoss and gives 100% into every single beat. Granted, sometimes that's not necessarily what the song calls for (Off He Goes, etc), but besides for Ed, the rest of the band looks like they are on a day at the beach compared to Cameron. I have no idea how you can keep that up for 2-3 hours.

Yep, totally agree with all that except he might be a horse not a hoss. Of course this particular set is shorter as it is at a Festival.
I love Matt on this show - and the editing is great so you actually get to see the band and loads of Matt. It does make you wonder whether a few shorter shows played hard wouldn't go amiss. I like the whole 2hr+ thing but I wouldn't mind 60 minutes played like this. The Euro 2000 tour never gets old - if my Katowice boots were tapes they would have been dead long ago - shame the tour ended the way it did.

Matt was awesome in '98 and '00, totally mailed in '03, wasn't particularly creative but tight and powerful in '06, and a beast from '09 on. I don't go by the off-major-tour shows. The end.
