instead of hitting refesh right i kept hitting the "tickets" tab, thinking it might be better than hitting refesh. well right at 2pm EST, i accident hit refesh and "Web browser not responding" i mother fucked it a few times and then just typed, pearljam.com/goods or whatever the exact url is, and went back to that site, no delay. hit tickets. they were there, all with no delay, and the transaction was complete by 2:03 at the latest.

i got tickets at 2:30 central time, so an hour and a half after they went on sale. needless to say, it was probably the most frustrating hour and a half of my life, but well worth it. excited is for SURE not the word for this show.. i'm freaking out!
used the direct addy in one browser and the main page in another, got them through the direct addy. didn't even give it time for the pictures to load as soon as i saw the tix i was clicking. the problems for me came after they were in the cart, had to refesh on each page till they were paid for.
I'm pretty bummed now to have heard of multiple people getting theirs in the "2nd wave" at 1:50 - 2:10. I gave up at about 1:45 when my lunch ended. Should have kept trying.....

give up? I kept trying until they pulled them off completely. if you gave up, you probably didn't want them that badly..I mean i kept going for OTHER people! had mine at 5mn past (the time it started), got some 3 hours in for a friend, and kept trying for another hour and a half for someone else. only when it said Sold out (and they had basically completely pulled the tickets, changed the URLs and all) did i stop.

i somehow got tickets right away, i'd say within 3-4 minutes I was done. Kept getting error messages after every page that required information. Just kept hitting "BACK" and then re-submitting. Finally entered my credit card info, and then got the error message when I submitted it. (UGGGHH) It then booted me back to the GOODS section, but I checked my profile and my purchase was listed in there! I still wasn't sure it went through though, I had to sweat it out until I received the confirmation email.
