Is there like a pregame spot in the city before these shows? A certain bar or something where pepole are hanging out?

Check the MSG threads in the "tour" section. Flannery's is the most likely choice for Wednesday... as far as Tuesday goes, it will either be Flannery's also, or the No Code tribute band fundraiser show @ the Cutting Room.
