Hmm, dunno about the venue, but the Hartford show in 2006 was one of the best of the year in my opinion - great setlist, great performance.

It was cold. About 40ish. That was the worst part. I'm sure the show would have been better if it was warmer. The stories were exaggerated - there was tailgating, bundled-up tailgating, but tailgating. I was trying to sell an extra but the scene was relatively dead and I wound up eating it.

i'm going. same venue as '06. and as '96 and '98 where there is a bit of history. lawn seats suck, but under the roof will be great again.

Never found a good enough reason not to attend a show in my own sate. I'll be there as long as I have a set of seats through ticketmaster.

ticket prices are up on WCCC (local radio station in CT), says it'll be 48 for lawn and 68 for reserved. Whatever, I'm going.

Yes, this is the same CT venue Pearl Jam has always played, including back in '98 when they had trouble with the security. The venue kinda blows, the parking situation sucks bigtime and Hartford has a lot of really annoying fans.

Still, awesome tailgating that usually starts very early in the afternoon and Pearl Jam always performs well here.
