Having found the Pearl Jam Bootlegs site, I see a number of shows from the 1998 tour on there. Other than 2 shows from the Jack part of the tour, I don't have anything from that time frame. Any '98 shows stand out? Which ones should I start with?

Yeah. I figured Knoxville was a given.

Actually I've got it already, but the tracks are out of sequence. PJBootlegs has it listed, but it's incomplete.

obvious choices (because in soundboard quality) are:

Melbourne, Seattle and Boston

Isn't there a St.Louis soundboard too?

July 22 1998 Memorial Stadium, Seattle. Was from a DAT Soundboard Master, if I recall correctly. It's on one of the Audio Archives. I can up the FLACS of this somewhere for you with the Soundgarden stuff if you like.

Agree with all three points, especially the last one.

Make sure you don't miss St Louis & Washington DC, they're great.

I've been to 9 PJ shows, and Greenville '98 is definitely my favorite. They also close with "Indifference" and not "Yellowledbetter".

Hatfield is spot on about it being a rough and raw gig. I used to have the bootleg, but it's long gone now
