Just wondering what Eddie uses on his guitar at the end of the "live at the garden" version at the end of the song? Cheers for any info.

It's called an e-bow.

He also uses it on WWS and during various songs during live performances.

WMA from 4/3/94 comes to mind as does Porch from the 4/11/94 show a few nights later. There's a RVM performance from 2005 I can remember him using it to produce an effect quite like what he does in the opening to WWS.

Cheers guys. Amazing - that thing created the opening sound for Take it Back by Pink Floyd, and on an acoustic to boot

I wonder how much they are, may be worth getting.

Around 80 bucks I think. It's fun to play with.

Mike also uses one on Gone. And i think there's probably some on the studio cut of Inside Job, and on the outro jam of Big Wave. Avocado was sponsored by e-bow.
