I think there are only two versions, from Vs and Vitalogy sessions. One begins with "Paint a picture, 40 shades of grey" and the other "Paint a picture, using only grey".

The "40 shades" / Vitalogy one ended on Chicago Cab, whereas the "only grey" / Vs. one was kept for Lost Dogs (according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vs._(album) and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitalogy, Outtakes paragraph).

They're both the same musical take with different vocal takes, correct?

This is why I like Isaac Turner threads. He starts threads about some good shit. HTI is top 3 for me, I hope I hear it live this year.

Thanks Mr. Turner.

I just listened to the Calgary '05 play of this. Even though Ed switches up the verses, I think this is my favorite play of this song. Really awesome!

It's a crime this song wasn't included on Vitalogy instead of all the art tracks...

I don't know. Maybe at the end, after Immortality. Replace Stupid Mop with it.

Wait, are you the one who loves Stupid Mop? uh-oh

:)
