We are pleased to announce three more dates with Pearl Jam this fall! Ben Harper and Relentless7 will play in Vancouver, Canada on Sep 25, Portland, OR on Sep 26 and Salt Lake City, UT on Sep 28. The Portland general ticket sale will also start August 14th through http://www.ticketmaster.com . The remaining west coast dates will go on-sale to the general public through http://www.ticketmaster.com on August 15th.

It just means that generally they don't open those seats for concerts as they're behind the stage. You still have a seat, just not a great one.
