Well I finaly did it. After years of 10c pre sales I made a mistake. Some how in the confusion of buying tickets while playing power rangers with my son I purchased tickets to Columbus and I meant to get Knoblesville. Has anyone dealt with exchanges with the 10c? I know it states all sales final and no returns or exchanges, but I am hoping they are flexable. Any advice? I canlled as soon as i recongnized the mistake and they told me to e mail the ticket@tenclub.com address. Any advice is welcome.
Thanks

You're asking for advice...just throwing it out there.
Seriously, what advice can be given? No idea what 10 Club will do. The fact that both haven't sold out (right?) and public onsales haven't happened yet might mean they are kind.
They aren't often kind though. My friend tried to get a refund OR transfer tickets for sold out Chicago after going to 40 shows over 15 years and never asking for a transfer/refund and they denied but said they would confiscate the tickets and use them for "upgrades". Read: Sell them twice and make money on them twice.
So you never know.

Thats what I am looking for. Not really plan old advice, but people that have an experience with the 10c and exchanges. Sounds like I should just buy the other tix and hope I can get lucky with them. Now if I can just make the same mistake at noon and end up with Boston tickets it will be all good.
