Just tried getting tix to both Chicago shows and couldn't get a ticket for either one. At least there are already over 400 tickets for sale on Stubhub. How do these damn scalpers get that many that fast!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I will also start my ticket request campaign now. Chicago, I'm looking for one ticket for both nights. I will by you a steak at Morton's.

I thought I remember you saying you could only make the first show. It was great meeting you. Hopefully we can meet up today as well.

sorry it was so brief! sorta on our guys schedule so not gettin much wriggle room time wise. will say ed's solo show packs a much much bigger punch than I thought it would. he's got so much presence and command up there. it's great to watch. today's gonna be great:)

OMG what a fantastic time. Tears at some parts... Glen Hansard is absolutely astounding. Arc was fantastic, I had to slip a trancendental " I love you" in there for the fuck of it. lol... Vibrated my very soul. Hitting on the dime. WB Kotter deal and a couple other mosquito deals in there. Loved it. Im sitting outside about 4:30 going wtf is up with Welcome Back Kotter? lol
I sat with a guy from Israel. He was cool. I had great seats it was nice that the two in front of me were not taken.
I missed the last train home and had to spend the night downtown.
I also got to see family friend Dick Biondi... lol
Anyway.
Cant wait til tonight.
I got hijackled helping out a homeless man on my way at 3:30 to see Ed anyway, who bought all things "banana bread" I bought him a hotel room for the night. Poor guy needed a break.
(PS couple of Ed's Fans were a bit freaky but hey I met some interesting people)

Falling Slowly with the strings was by far the best part of the show for me.
One of the highlights and Ed sang my favorite line, "You have suffered enough."
