Talked to a friend at the show, he said the band didn't really seem to know that Neil was going to come out, like Mike and Neil only knew, said Ed looked about to burst into tears. Also said he saw the setlist and Chloe Dancer was actually added. Was not on the original setlist, just scribbled on there. Also said the RITFW solo was like 9-15 minutes long.

Yeah Chloe Dancer was added.
Setlist changes from today: Come Back was skipped, Ole was skipped, State was skipped
Chloe Dancer and Black were added
I could have missed something else, but that's what I saw from a glance at the soundboard area.

For anyone still paying attention:
Yeah, it was the full "Chloe Dancer". Boom started playing the intro as Ed was doing a lead-in to talk about it, then Ed added that they were going to "do something they hadn't done before".
Spoiler alert: Boom fucked it up.
I didn't care, only because I love that damn song (both together), and it was so brilliant getting to hear it in its entirety. But, I am a shitty piano player, and when I was seventeen, the only song I could play on piano was "Chloe Dancer". It is not a difficult song to play by any stretch of the imagination. He didn't play the chords right, and he completely missed Ed's cue to start "Crown of Thorns". (The band kicked in over him.)
Didn't matter. I belted my lungs out, goddamnit.
Btw - I looked around, and I didn't see anyone in the crowd who knew the song. In fact, honestly, it seemed like most of the crowd (including the fans around me) were bored. I'm wondering if we'll see it again.
Neil came out after Ed had finished singing the verses. Yeah, and it was a long-ass jam. Just when Matt started playing like it was going to end, Neil would rip out another solo.
