I definitely wanted a setlist like this last night. But, weirdly, I think I enjoyed night #1 better, maybe just for the surprises (though I heard a few folks around me say the same thing).
Having said that, a BRILLIANT two night run. I could not have asked for more. My first time for back-to-back shows, and it was just amazing. I can't wait for the boots.
Btw - I went to see the screening of PJ20 at Ryerson this afternoon, and Ed and Neil were both there. Ed came down and surprised the producer and editors as they were doing the Q&A - the crowd went apeshit. He basically just thanked the guys for putting the film together, and mentioned that Neil was there to see it. (I've got some late video on my camera.)

Damn, that is another great setlist! If I was there I would have wished for something else in the place of deep and garden, but other than that... Really glad to see him throwing the CG tag on I Got Shit. I love those 1998 versions.

GODS' DICE
God's Dice sucked and Eddie apologized.
At least he owned up to it.
This amuses me. What did he say?
the song just completely fell apart 2/3 of the way through (not sure exactly who fucked it up)... so they pretty much just abandoned it and ed simply said "we fucked that one up"...

WTF is up w/ Setting Forth? Cornell would never play Sunshower at a SG show.
Is this like "what would jesus do" but jesus is Chris Cornell? Who cares what Cornell would do. I'd love to see more EV solo songs fleshed out full band, especially live.
