Well, fucked over for standing on the livenation presale (5 minutes the system crashed for after which nothing was left). O2 didn't send me an email until AFTER the O2 presale.

YAY now I have to try on General release tomorrow.

Fuck this. Is this worth it?

The good news is seatwave already has standing tickets up for £400 each. I LOVE this system.

What I'd like to know, is that now that I've purchased ticket from general sale, if I now join Ten Club, can I get the early entry wristband?

Is Someone Sabotaging Pearl Jam's Ten Club?

Given to crash.

Heaven have mercy on the man, woman, and automated ticketing system that comes between a Pearl Jam fan and their pre-sale tickets.

All hell has broken loose (I don't know that I'm overstating that) in Pearl Jam Fan land, with hundreds of irate fans smarting over problems related to pre-sales special to members of Pearl Jam's longstanding fan club, the Ten Club. Members trying to get tickets to the band's upcoming European tour, were frustrated by, as one commenter on Pearl Jam's web site put it: "... 3 fucking hours staring at my screen waiting for things to happen..i actually had the tickets in my cart..proceeded to payment and it said the cart was empty, too many times to mention..."

Pearl Jam had similar problems with their pre-sales in the past, so they recently enlisted a third-party vendor, CrowdSurge, to handle ticketing. But since they're having similar problems with ticketing now, a Ten Club rep posted a note to the band's web site stating that further pre-sales would be suspended, and that: "Given that Tuesday's pre-sale system failure mirrored that of the Ten Club ticketing failure earlier this year -- on entirely different systems, and unrelated to server capacity -- all involved now strongly believe that there has been an act of sabotage from an outside source that has prevented fans from executing their ticket purchases."

So, who's trying to get between Pearl Jam fans and their tickets!?!? The full note from the Ten Club is after the jump.

OK, one last question: If Pearl Jam nation is going to get this huffy about being denied access to pre-sale tickets, how upset are Seattle Pearl Jam fans that the band has time to celebrate their 20th in Wisconsin, tour Canada, and book a run through Europe, but hasn't played Seattle since 2009?

I blame touting. We need to force measures to prevent touting of tickets.

How I feel for those poor little Seattle fans having to wait for at least 2 years. Oh my god. It must be painful.

Who fucking writes this bullshit?

Someone should remind them of the 6 year gap we had.

Kelly Curtis is currently doing a Q&A on 10c about the ticketing.
