crowdsurge is drafting an email to be sent shortly to all 10c members to explain 'how to get the tix'? he didn't tell me how, and not clear if it's just an apology or they actually have an alternate method.

Really frustrating since I had tickets in my cart about to confirm which didn't work due to my faulty address.

We'll see what they have in store, otherwise I'll try my luck with the general sale.

Someone had contact with Crowdsurge. Multiple options are on the table including buying per phone. Problem will be solved either tonight or maybe tomorrow night. But.. not to fear: More general sale tickets are supposed to be held back to "ensure" all 10c interested in tickets will be able to buy them.

Taking that with a grain of salt ofcourse..but it sounds like there is action going on to truly solve it.

The Livenation presales didn't go so well either. The Stockholm one was broken and by the time I got to the point where I could try to buy tickets to Stockholm or Oslo they were both out of them. There's always the general presale tomorrow but it would be nice if Crowdsurge could get their act together before then.
